  • After sales

    Installation Service We will provide English training videos and user manuals for machine installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as technical guidance via e-mail, phone or wechat when you encounter installation, use or adjustment problems. If necessary, we can send technicians to customer's factory for installation and pre-running of the machine. (Customers need to pay the relevant fees)
    Training Service Professional guidance and training to ensure the normal operation. Our technician is available to your factory and offer training of how to use our machines. As well, you may send your technician to our company to learn how to operate machines.

  • 1.Product requirements confirmation

    Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements, including product functions, specifications, performance, etc.
